Preparing the metal surface free of dirt so it is ready for secondary processing such as painting, plating, adhesion / glue, flushing pipes, boilers, etc.
Can also be used on the surface of plastics, ceramics, concrete, etc.
The primary function of cleaning is to remove the dirt that would interfere with subsequent processes. (Dirt can be either oil, grease, rust, dirt and dust) on the surface of Part (metal to be processed before painting).

Mechanisms Cleaning, cleaning the dirt in Part are:
a. Saponification / saponification is limited to the removal of fat or organic compounds that react chemically with alkali salts. The compound fat of animal or plant reacts with alkali to form a soap which dissolve in water.
b. The release is the action of surfactants to release oil from the surface of the metal.
c. Emulsification is the use of a surfactant as a liaison between the oil and water as one entity.
d. Dispersion is the ability cleaner to break down the oil into smaller sections to prevent the oil manyatu back.
